Chairman-Elect Kwame R. Brown needed a site to help with his transition from Councilmember At-Large to Council chairman.  Big Ben Media created a functional site allowing for open communication with the residents and business of DC including multiple forms to seek additional information, apply for jobs, volunteer and more.
